Yes, groups such as a public school foundation, booster clubs or other supporting groups are eligible to apply.
- Can a church apply?

Yes; however, it would be contingent upon the performance and outcome measurements of your prior grant.

The Foundation was established as a non-profit organization and due to IRS regulations, there are dividing lines between what a non-profit organization can fund and what is recognized as costs to be absorbed by the city itself.

The Foundation is overseen by a local Board of Directors. Following a competitive selection process for the daily management of the Foundation, the Muskogee City Council selected Communities Foundation of Oklahoma.
